Tap on an icon to activate it, use the slider to change its volume, and tap on it again at a later point in time to deactivate it. You get a volume bar for each sound loop so that you can control the volume of each audio clip individually. The app displays icons on its website that trigger sound loops that play continuously until you deactivate them. The web version comes with two modes: you can either pick the relax or productivity presets, or create your own custom sound combinations.
